Make sure you carry cash (pesos or USD) for the toll roads. The tolls at the most 48 pesos or 2 dollars and some cents.
Ensure your car has Mexican car insurance which can be bought before crossing the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry.

After crossing keep right on the road towards the Toll Road/Carretera Escénica (Scenic Drive). Follow the toll road all the way down the coast until you arrive at the Ensenada Toll Road entry wherein the exit for the venue will be less than a mile away. If you input the address in Google Maps it is very reliable.

Your driver can take you to the border where you can walk to the pedestrian route across the San Ysidro Border and catch another Uber in Tijuana.

Closest airports to the venue are the San Diego International Airport or the Tijuana International Airport.
